How to Export LinkedIn Follower Data

Hello everyone!Does anyone know if there is a way to download my LinkedIn Company Page's followers into an Excel document that includes their names, company name, etc. Our BD/Sales team was looking to use this list for their activities and I want to be able to use this data to show our people that they should be posting to their own connections and not relying on the company posts to do all of the heavy lifting.I believe there was a way in Sales Navigator to download this data, but my company no longer is using Sales Navigator. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

TikTok and Adding Location Tags

Super curious if anyone is seeing a difference in views for TikToks when they add a location tag?Last week I was uploading for a brand and a popup told me, “Get more views by adding a location to this video”.I was curious if this was true and if anyone is trying this out to bring in more views from a specific region. I could see this being useful in strategies that need to drive store traffic.

I’ve bene noticing a trend for the last several months when I pull my monthly metrics: when my impressions are up, my engagement is down; when my impressions are down, my engagement is up. I can COUNT on it. And this is for all networks, to included when I pull cross-network reports, too. Anyone else? And….whhhhy? 😅

A-B Testing on Instagram

There’s no built in mechanism for A-B testing on Instagram so I’d love to hear how others have approached testing on this platform. For my use case, I’m interested in figuring out how to identify the hashtags that connect us with the right audiences and create new followers. We’ve been trying with different hashtags but are finding it difficult it differentiate between when a post was simply great vs. when the right hashtags were utilized.

How will you overcome LinkedIn sunsetting their carousel post feature effective 12/14/23?I'm so frustrated with this change...I've never seen a content style that receives a CTR as high as carousels. Facebook Ad Campaign Randomly Missing but only from Campaign Tab

Ran into a super weird problem and wondering if it’s happened to anyone else.Currently running a Facebook ad for a client. I went to check in this morning to see how it’s performing and noticed that it’s completely missing from the Campaign tab. After momentarily freaking out, I check the Ad Sets tab and my audience is still there - I check the Ads tab and both of my ad creatives are still there as well. Additionally, I filtered ad performance to yesterday and today and the ad is still active and delivering. When I inspect the ad, I can still see the campaign level, and then my ad sets/ads beneath it.It seems like somehow only the campaign portion of the ad completely disappeared from the campaign tab. Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve reached out to Facebook support but to the surprise of literally nobody they gave me information that wasn’t relevant or what I was asking at all and then acted like they solved the issue and ended the chat.To potentially paint a better picture - I

How do you handle music for Instagram reels?

My nonprofit has been experimenting with ways to use popular music on Instagram reels. One thing we’ve tried is downloading the song from TikTok and then uploading to IG. Does anyone else have good ideas for how to go about this? I’ve seen some pretty major accounts using popular music and can’t imagine they’re not using a business account (for example, the City of Detroit) because they definitely run ads. Wondering if there is a better way, or a training anyone is aware of for reels? Just to note: These are not ads or things where we’re trying to get donations or action, just engagement. Not trying to circumvent copyright law for business gain!

Presenting Social Data Reports

I love reviewing all the data that comes with social media. However, I am spending way too much time building my monthly report that I share with management. I’ve been tweaking a powerpoint presentation for the past year that I enter all the data from SproutSocial into. Granted, I get way too into the weeds when it comes to making my reports look fancy (I’m a designer..what do you expect?) but I am curious what others are doing to present all this great data in a “pretty” way.

Facebook Unpublished Page Without Notice

Hi all!Facebook randomly unpublished our Business page and suspended our ad account over the weekend for “continued Community Standards violations.” The thing is, we have never gotten a notice or review of any violations, and our Page Quality says “Good News, no violations to show.” We are a fintech/insurance broker, so our content is nothing particularly controversial either.It is adversely affecting advertising, as they won’t run ads without the page being republished. I have reached out to support through the Business Center via chat and phone and have been stuck in a “we’ll investigate” status for 3+ days.Has anyone experienced this? Why was your page affected? What did you do to remedy?
