Filtering Out Paid Posts

I am trying to conduct an audit strictly on our organic/earned media. We have done a lot of paid media in the past and I want to see how the organic posting does by itself. Is there a way to filter out paid posts in reports?

Font Update

Is there a way to update the font within the community and on the Sprout Social website to be heavier? The current weight is way too thin and causes readability issues. Personally, it gives me a headache.

I want to host my own hangout or event for other Sprout users. How do I do that?

At this time, there is no formal program to do so. However, we’re definitely interested in building out a program for Sprout Social users to link up, network, and learn together. PM Joe Huber if you’re interested in helping us build this!

I have some feedback/suggestions for the community. What’s the best way to get these across?

There are several ways to do this!We will be sending out surveys, reading topics and hosting some interviews. You can also create a topic in the share product ideas category. Be sure to add the “feedback” tag. Paul Nowak will be sharing more information about this, so be on the lookout.If you’re not comfortable sharing information publicly, you can also PM Joe Huber.

How do I network with peers from my industry or those that are working at the same job level?

For now, you won’t be able to identify anyone at the same level or in the same industry as you with badges, ranks or groups. This is something we’re investigating. Be sure to keep an eye out for groups in the future to help people identify this.If you have feedback or ideas on how you think you or we can facilitate this best, please feel free to offer that feedback to us in the replies below!

Do I have to use my real name?

In this community, we highly encourage you to use your real name. There really aren’t many situations in which it would make sense for you to use an alias.That said, if you’re feeling like you must use an alias for whatever reason, please contact Jonathan Zuluaga. I found someone in the community I’d like to connect with for a 1:1 chat. Can I do that? How do I do that?

You are absolutely encouraged to reach out to other users to chat one on one. Just be mindful of one another’s time and be respectful and understanding if they say no. Their calendar might not look like yours.Click on their profile and click send message. This opens a way to personal message another user.

Am I allowed to post about jobs?

This space is designed to help you elevate your skill sets and social expertise, but it is not designed to help you find your next job opportunity. You can check out the job board posts in the Social Marketers’ Exchange or the job board posts in the Agency Exchange for more info on people posting openings, though.
