Can I track instagram storys for tags? Our business has requirements for influencers how often they need to tag us but some of them only do in instagram stories. Is it still possible to keep track of these kind of mentions?

Hi there! Yes, you can track Instagram Story mentions in the Smart Inbox. If you’re on the Professional or Advanced Plans, you can create tags for incoming messages to track them. And if you’re on the Advanced Plan, you can keep track of mentions even faster by using an Automated Rule to automatically tag incoming Story mentions.
Regardless of your plan level, all Plans can see Instagram Story mentions in the Smart Inbox.
