Has anyone know if the Salesforce Field externalId ( API NAME: personaData.externalId) is the ID of the Social Personas? Does it remain the same through different social pages? (Example, my social persona post a comment on “XY” Facebook Page and has an externalId. The same Social Persona post a reply to a comment on “VV” Facebook Page. In this case, the externalID does change or not?).

Hi Naomi! The externalId represents the user's id for the respective social network, and it will remain the same through different social pages. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thanks for your answer but I am testing the integration with Salesforce and I confirm you that, unfortunately, I receive different ExternalId through different Social Pages (Same Provider). Do you know if is there a workaround to solve that? I need to create a unique social conversation with all history engagement from the same social personas.
