Reflections on content from last year

Hi everyone!

My name is Pat and I work with our Higher Education customers across some of the Midwestern states. I’ve been at Sprout six years, and have absolutely loved watching how our product has impacted the day-to-day success of university communications teams. Higher Ed runs in my family, and I recently did a fireside chat with my cousin who happens to be the Director of Social at Fordham!

With the next school year right around the corner, what better time to reflect on content strategy! Looking back at some of your most successful campaigns last year, where did your team try something new? What was the result? What are you most excited to try in this upcoming school year, and where do you need inspiration from this group?

It’s hard for me to pick just one, but Erica and her team over at the University of Michigan put together this comeback video for Victor the Frisbee Dog post-surgery. Pup-fluencer content making its way into university content is something we can all get on board with.

Hit us with your most successful out-of-the-box content ideas/campaigns from last year, and share what you learned from them!
