What to charge for nights and weekend social media response for a healthcare client that gets around 100 inquiries per day?

Trying to figure out how to bill a large hospital system that wants us to do social monitoring and response on nights and weekends from 5 pm to 11 pm and all day on weekends.

Hi ​@joe.sanfilippo - Typical billing for nights/weekends (overtime) is time and a half. So I would recommend a starting place of 1.5x your regular hourly rate. This is also assuming you’d have one employee monitoring at a time for those hours. Let me know if there are any extenuating circumstances that may alter that recommendation.
