LinkedIn profile badges, anyone?

Not sure if I have the right terminology here! I work for a member organisation. I’ve been asked to look into whether we can create some kind of digital badge or certificate for our members to add to their LinkedIn profiles. Wondered if anyone had any advice in this area please - my rudimentary google searches haven’t come up with the goods… thank you, Karen

Social Media Verification

Hi all! I have requested verification for my organization, a well-known music conservatory with lots of press that I believe is definitely worthy of the check mark, but keep getting declined. Does anyone have any idea why, and any advice on what I can do? Is there a way to get in contact with an actual person at Facebook to have a conversation about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Illustrating Social ROI: Top of Funnel vs. Bottom of Funnel

Hey everyone! I wanted to crowdsource some insights for the age-old battle to illustrate the true ROI of social when it comes to conversions: I’ve worked with several teams/individuals who struggles to illustrate true ROI of social efforts to leadership as their leadership is fixated on the bottom of the proverbial marketing funnel (actual conversions) as opposed to the top (where social is dumping the leads to begin with). Between the two points there seems to be a decent amount of attrition/factors that the social team cannot control and that are more on the website side. I would love to see if any others are running into this challenge and get any insights from the Community on how best to tackle this issue and get leadership to focus more on the top of the funnel! Drastic Decline in Engagement

Hello all! I am a small boutique marketing firm who loves to create content and graphics for social media. I started with a Client on April 1 and since having taken over - the reach and engagements drastically dropped off. This is also the time I implemented Sprout. I don’t understand all of the technicalities, and would love to provide the client with some concrete reasons for the decline.

Facebook Account ownership issue - Inherited accounts

Hi All,I’m looking to see if anyone has ever had the issue where one of the business pages they’ve inherited is owned by an account you don’t have access to? I’m an admin on the page, but it’s giving me issues with syncing our instagram, because it says I need an admin from the account that owns the page to approve.We’ve sent a request but it’s quite possible all the accounts associated with the account that owns the page are dormant or no longer active. Curious if anyone’s had an issue like this, or any suggestions on how to resolve?

TikTok changes

We had major success with my business on Tiktok-hitting 200k views a WEEK. However, now-within the past 4 weeks- it has gone completely flat. We are lucky if we get 1,000 views per video. And we have changed NOTHING! Still using viral hashtags, posting at the right times, following the trends, etc. Has anyone else gone through this? Did the algorithm drastically change? ANY advice or information will help. Thanks!

A-B Testing on Instagram

There’s no built in mechanism for A-B testing on Instagram so I’d love to hear how others have approached testing on this platform. For my use case, I’m interested in figuring out how to identify the hashtags that connect us with the right audiences and create new followers. We’ve been trying with different hashtags but are finding it difficult it differentiate between when a post was simply great vs. when the right hashtags were utilized.

I work for a car dealership and constantly have tons of videos on my phone that I need to transfer to my dell computer daily. What’s an easy and free video transferring service? I tried Wetransfer and they are so slow and unreliable.

Facebook Organic Carousels

Is anyone else experiencing issues with organic carousels on Facebook? When we create an organic carousel through the Page Posts feature on Business Manager, images from the website link pulls through into the carousel once it is published instead of the images which we uploaded. It is very odd because this only happens when we use our website links, but when we use external links the carousel publishes perfectly. We’ve reached out to Facebook Support but they have no managed to resolved this issue.

B2B Influencer Tips?

Howdy!I work for an agency that focuses on B2B tech, and we’ve dabbled influencer work from time to time, but it has always been more along the lines of a B2C program AKA a traditional influencer program. Does anyone have tips and tricks they can share for running a successful B2B influencer program? So far, we’ve researched and recommended SMEs and trade publications for our clients to tap into, but we haven’t got to actually manage that program. Are B2B influencer fees similar to traditional influencers? Is there ever an opportunity to negotiate exclusive relationships?Do you have to do more coaching with B2B influencers?Do B2B influencers even really exist? Leveling Up on Paid LinkedIn? Need Help with Bids and Insight Tags.

Hello everyone! I would like to take my LinkedIn ads to the next level when it comes to setting up conversions and bidding. Is there anyone out there that would be open to a Zoom call to share some tips and tricks? I have insight tags set up, but I’ve never done an event tag (worth it?) Also, I use automated bidding, but also understand that putting in manual bids can magnify a budget. I could use some tips on how to not under or overbid. One last thing I’d love insights on. Some of our clients like to test ungated vs gated content on LinkedIn. Is that a fair comparison when reporting on results? Should they just be evaluated on their own? I personally believe gating should be reserved for retargeting, but we get a lot of “well, could we just try it?” for cold/cool audiences.TIA for any advice you have.
