Account of events:Updated profile image to new brand standard Monday afternoon Monday evening, I received a notification from Sprout that our IG profile had been disconnected. Went to reconnect in Sprout and was unable to. Went to the account’s IG profile on my phone and saw that it was suspended. I filled out the form to verify out account information (username, email, password, phone number attached to the account) Received a notification that our account had been reviewed and that it was now suspended due to violating IG’s community guidelines (photo attached of the reasons they gave me) Instagram did not give me another option to appeal this. Does any one have any strategy resources on something like this? Which should be prioritized, are there structural recommendations to be made (should employees be employees the parent company or the bigger brand page?) Thank you!

I think most people recognize how useful Canva is as a social marketing tool. However, my employer blocks access to it, stating it is a known network security risk.Is anyone else experiencing this? We are a financial institution, so they can be pretty strict when it comes to website and software access. It can make life frustrating for the marketing department, since we are not actually involved in any “banking business”. I have just started a new position with an agency. It is my first agency gig and I am the sole SMM at the company. There is limited info on our clients social media metrics to date (>1yr), I would like to set some KPIs for client accounts as we move into 2024. Aside from reviewing what little historical info we do have, are there any other recommendations or platforms that I should look at to help set these numbers/ targets?
I am struggling with our engagement numbers on Instagram! We’re a trucking company, so the posts that do really well for us are cool truck photos. I started posting 3 days per week vs 5 days when I noticed the numbers dipping, but it didn't do anything. If anything, I think it just messed up our algorithm. I try to do a mix of educational/awareness content and engaging content. Which content is best for Instagram - educational or engaging? What are some fun captions or CTAs I could utilize to get more likes and comments?

It’s doing eh, thinking we should pull it down and repost later today in hopes it does better.Does anyone have experience trying this? Did it help? I am trying to assign an employee to one of our Facebook pages but they aren’t receiving the invite to join our account. Has anyone had this issue before? They have their email notifications turned on, it's not in their junk inbox… so I have no clue why they aren’t receiving the invite to join. Thanks!
Hello all, I’ve been struggling with this issue ever since taking over the management of the social channels at my current workplace. Since we are an association with so many different chapters, divisions, student chapters, committees, etc… and they often are made up of an international member-base, we get a lot of people listing as working for us on LinkedIn when they don’t.Shoutout to all the other association people on here! Can you share what you’ve done to help guide your members in the removal of their employment record on LinkedIn? I’ve commented on a few suggesting they change the record to the specific chapter they are associated with, but a lot of those groups don’t have a LinkedIn page.Thanks in advance!
Hello! I currently manage our brand (parent) Facebook page and over 260 location pages on Facebook. The Classic Pages allowed me to change the Facebook cover photo on the parent page and it would automatically change all the cover photos for the location pages.Our pages recently switched to the New Pages Experience and now the location pages don’t change when the parent cover photo is changed. I really don’t want to switch into 260+ pages to change the cover photos. Does anyone have a resolution for this? Thank you!!

My agency developed a Frequently Asked Questions message to streamline traffic, but we've observed that it's only visible on desktop. Has anyone else noticed Meta removed Instagram carousel video views as part of the data Sprout has access to?This was a massive part of our Instagram strategy and as a result has reduced our views significantly. Tried to contact them but as always their support is utterly useless and Sprout say it’s on them to sort. Incredibly frustrating.
At the moment, in the Service Console in Salesforce, whenever the same customer sends a message via different channels (like, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,...), a new case is created for the different channels. Can we think about a way of linking them?Can we use the social persona object for this?
Hi Sprout community,Stephanie from the Sprout Success team here. 👋🏻 I’m hoping the community may be able to help one of my teams who’s running into a challenge boosting organic Instagram posts via Meta/Ads Manager.In short, they have an evergreen boosting budget to promote top-performing organic posts for engagement, but when boosting posts that @mention/tag Instagram profiles with large followings (i.e. 100K+ followers), they noticed that Meta/Ads Manager has started enforcing the Partnership ad toggle and will not let them successfully launch the campaign until the @mentions/tags are removed from the post copy. This is an agency who manages organic social for a number of clients, but this particular issue is only impacting one at the moment. Ideally, they’d be able to boost/promote these posts and keep in the partner profile @mention, so we’re hoping there’s a workaround. Does anyone know if this is due to Instagram’s recent updates to Partnership ads (formerly branded content ads)
Hello everyone!Does anyone know if there is a way to download my LinkedIn Company Page's followers into an Excel document that includes their names, company name, etc. Our BD/Sales team was looking to use this list for their activities and I want to be able to use this data to show our people that they should be posting to their own connections and not relying on the company posts to do all of the heavy lifting.I believe there was a way in Sales Navigator to download this data, but my company no longer is using Sales Navigator. Hi! I manage 250+ Facebook pages for our multiple locations. Does anyone know how I can update the profile pictures for all these pages in bulk? I used do it with out old listings provider Yext, but now I use RioSEO and they do not manage photos. Thank you for your help!!
