Hi all! As you may know, Facebook requires users to use their personal profiles in order to manage, create, and execute tasks within the business manager and business pages. Do you have any recommendations on how businesses/agencies can set up a personal account that can function as a business admin? We often find that our external integrations from Facebook like Sprout and other reporting software need to be connect via personal profiles that are admins in our business manager, however, it would be nice if we had an account (personal profile) that we could use across the business in order to establish those connections. Please let me know your thoughts and best practices! Thanks in advance :)
Hey Everyone! I have come across an issue I am wondering if anyone can help with. I boosted a post on Instagram only to have it rejected for no reason. The content isn't political in the slightest and inclusive, so safe to say I am baffled. Can anyone lend a hand?
For some reason, pretty much overnight, our facebook engagement rates dropped dramatically. I haven’t really changed anything specifically but it happened around the same time Meta Business Suite replaced creator studio. Has anyone else experienced this or got any advice? Thanks in advance :)
I didn’t see any similar questions, but I’m looking for feedback on what kind of work-sponsored device I should be proposing: iPad or iPhone. I’m leaning towards the iPhone for easier mobility and (I suspect) better cameras. But are there other things to keep in mind? For example: does the SproutSocial app look and feel the same on iPhone vs iPad? Instagram is sometimes very particular about things - will using an iPad mean the sizing of images or videos will be “off” compared to uploading/publishing from iPhone? If you have gone through this process yourself and have any tips or suggestions, I’d love to hear your feedback or specific device recs. Thanks!
Hey everyone! This is my first post through the Arb so hopefully I do this right :)My company is in the process of deleting our current Facebook account and starting a new one (long story.) Ideally, we would have each person with admin permissions set up an individual page for themselves using their “@upgrade” email address, and then that page would be the one with admin permissions (as opposed to giving admin permissions to each person’s everyday page that they already use frequently.) We mainly want to do this for cybersecurity reasons.Has anyone tried this method before? Did it work? Did you run into any problems with Facebook, getting flagged, or anything of that nature? We’ve gone the rounds with Facebook a few times over a few different issues and their support team has been less than helpful, so we want to avoid doing anything that could get our page compromised or restricted in any way since we’re not confident in Facebook’s ability to fix problems.
One of the moderators for our organization’s Facebook group told me that they used to have the ability to add hashtags to posts in the group to organize them (e.g., look under a specific hashtag for all posts containing it within a group) but that it no longer works. I’m not well-versed in groups… does anyone know whether this can still be done or what changed?
I am dealing with a lot of very tight restrictions, as I currently work with a lot of client in the pharmaceutical (ophthalmology, mostly) space. I just have a number of things I encounter constantly so I thought I would throw a few out there. Has anyone had success with geotargeting as specific as, for example: all countries in europe but not the UK? It would be a pretty severe consequence if it did show up in the UK; again just as a recent example. Am I correct that I can turn off comments on an ad on Instagram, but not Facebook? Has anyone ever encountered the ability to limit sharing, as well? How do people navigate the rejections they encounter on Facebook from ads that are more explicitly pharma? One client has mentioned getting a rep? But I’m sus. I’m sure I have many more, but these are just immediate stressors. thanks in advance!

We've been posting our Tik Tok's through Sprout vs. natively, and one difference I've noticed is the decline in our views. When we were posting natively, we were able to add as many hashtags as we wanted in the post copy, which I think helped drive our views. Since posting through Sprout, I've noticed there is a character limit on the video description due to an API limitation. Because of this, we haven't been able to add in as many hashtags as before. My guess would be the decline in our views is a result of the lack of hashtags we've been using on our Tik Toks. Any other similar experiences?
Super curious if anyone know the legalities of using Text-to-speech in paid ads on TikTok. I know in the past I wasn’t able to see Text-to-speech as an option on my brands accounts, but now it’s showing up. Just curious if anyone has ran into this or has a POV. I’m kind of in the “try it and find out” camp, but my production team is more risk adverse, haha.
