Hello Arboretum Community Members,We’re sharing an important update about our gamification program. While it hasn't been long since we first launched the gamification program, we've been monitoring the program closely and listening to your feedback. It’s become clear that the program isn't supporting or rewarding our community in the ways we had originally hoped.It is vitally important to us that our programs actually add value and support our members. We took a hard look and realized that the gamification program wasn't fostering the meaningful connection, peer support and overall sense of community we intended. You deserve a program that is truly rewarding to you in your development as social media experts, and we’ve decided we can do better.That's why we’ve made the call to pause the current system as we work on a refresh taking all our new learnings into account. We’re aware that this change might seem sudden, especially since we launched the first version not too long ago. We’ve been incredibly grateful for all your participation thus far and look forward to bringing you something even better very soon.What does this mean right now?The old program is officially retired, and we will no longer be able to support its reward structure. Please email us at community@sproutsocial.com if you haven't received award prizes earned prior to October 29, 2025. We have archived the original gamification program posts to prevent any confusion as we move forward. We are actively designing what's next with a focus on ways to better support each other and your success through community.We are so excited about what's to come and can't wait to share it with you.
