Hey everyone, We’ve been running some ads to sign a petition on Meta for a while. We’re set up to run ads that fall under Meta’s ‘special ad category’ and haven’t had any issues with this campaign historically. On some placements, we’re not getting an error: ‘'Placement Not Available: We can't provide a preview because the placement you selected isn't available for ads about social issues, elections or politics.'Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to resolve it? Thanks,Prue

How many Topics do you support? How do you scale content creation and stories for advocates to share?  Who are your internal stakeholders and champions?I’m in week #2 of a 30 person beta with Advocacy by Sprout Social and it’s been great so far. Hi everyone,We seem to be seeing more and more photos and videos pop up on social media (mostly on Facebook) from patients in our ER. These are concerning for us, but not a HIPPA violation since the posts are from other patients. There are also some scenarios where our providers are shown and it makes them uncomfortable. My question is twofold:Do you have a good listening tool to monitor public posts and groups on Facebook? We seem to have a blindspot in our social monitoring software. How do you all handle posts that come from patients that don’t respect other patient’s privacy, but also don’t necessarily violate Facebook’s community guidelines.Any insight or solutions you have would be much appreciated!

Hello - just wondering of any of the Sprout team (or anyone else) have any knowledge of impressions data being in the roadmap for Bluesky reporting anytime soon? I realize that it may not be on their list of priorities to make that data available, particularly as there are no ads on the platform, but it’s hard to qualify our Bluesky engagement at the moment without the metric that we need to calculate engagement rate. Thanks!

I assume this is before/after US ownership switch. Did you notice that they removed check remittance information on the invoice? How are you handling? Hey everyone,I’ve been managing a few gaming-related social pages and I keep running into a strange issue when sharing links to niche resources. One example is some rblx scripts I’ve been testing.Whenever I try to post or schedule content that links to it, certain platforms either throttle the reach, flag the post, or remove the preview altogether. It doesn’t happen with mainstream sites, only with smaller or more specialized ones like this.I’m wondering if this is because of how the site is set up, like domain reputation, redirects, or the way content is delivered. Has anyone else here had to deal with links being treated as “low trust” or spam even when the content itself is legit?How do you usually work around this when sharing niche or community-driven resources through social media tools like sprout?
