I think if you know you are not planning on staying with the company you are with right now. You need to keep weekly reporting to make sure you can show that growth or creative for later employers.
You can keep a running Slides doc - In this you can have screenshots of posting, along with the captions and then add in all the metrics that same with this post to keep track of this long term to eventually give to a future employee to see how you do.
Reporting will be huge to see the growth that you can bring to a company and where you can take it.

Would love to revive this thread. I recently updated my portfolio, which is mostly content based, but curious to know how people have approached a portfolio for social media manager roles.
