I'm reaching out to see if anyone could help connect me to someone at Facebook who could help us resolve a Meta Business Manager connection issue. We've tried reaching out to them for months now and have been unable to connect with anyone who can help us. I’ve tried the help pages, I’ve tried support emails, I’m no longer able to submit tickets/cases through their support page… I’m at a complete loss. Here's the situation: Through the natural transition of employees, access to our Business Manager account was lost. When I came on as the social media manager in June, I started reaching out to Meta to gain access and learned that the account admin is registered to a former employee's work email, which is no longer recognized by Facebook as an account because it's been inactive for more than three years now. This led us to request a disconnect of our Facebook page from the Business Manager account—only to learn that too, must be approved by the admin (again, who doesn't exist). Due to this
Hi there! Any help appreciated! I have a client that is a division of a global, well-known brand and our Instagram account has been disabled. Account of events:Updated profile image to new brand standard Monday afternoon Monday evening, I received a notification from Sprout that our IG profile had been disconnected. Went to reconnect in Sprout and was unable to. Went to the account’s IG profile on my phone and saw that it was suspended. I filled out the form to verify out account information (username, email, password, phone number attached to the account) Received a notification that our account had been reviewed and that it was now suspended due to violating IG’s community guidelines (photo attached of the reasons they gave me) Instagram did not give me another option to appeal this. I read countless blogs/articles that night and clicked every link that I thought would be helpful and every form I tried to fill out it said “the username you’re inquiring about does not exist.” and w
Hi All - I have a client who is wondering what the best practices are for having/using a parent company LinkedIn when the bigger brand is part of the parent company. Does any one have any strategy resources on something like this? Which should be prioritized, are there structural recommendations to be made (should employees be employees the parent company or the bigger brand page?) Thank you!
Hi team, With everything Elon Musk has said in the last few days and the way that larger brands are pulling out, I’m curious - what’s the temperature for your clients? Are they choosing to keep their account but go inactive? And what are their major reasons? If they’re going inactive, are they ghosting the platform, leaving a note, going private, etc.? I’m interested in hearing what other marketers are seeing, experiencing, and recommending?
A few days ago I noticed the link preview on LinkedIn has a new format when a post is published. In Sprout the draft show as the original formatting, so I’m wondering if this is a LinkedIn update. Is anyone else seeing this? It’s not just with our posts but I’m noticing it across the platform. Screenshot of an example I found.
Hello, our Facebook page has been receiving an influx of spam private messages stating our profile is “of permanent deletion. We have received a report indicating that your page violates copyright.” We keep reporting the spam to Facebook, but we keep receiving them. Has anyone else experienced this and how have you managed it?

Do you ever use Reddit to share links to B2B social posts that link out to blog content?I’m a B2B marketer and we do a lot of leveraging LinkedIn groups to get our posts in front of the right sets of eyes. This is pretty effective for us. But I don’t want to be solely relying on LinkedIn groups. I’d like to also leverage Reddit and potentially also Discord groups as well. Definitely important to abide by community rules for those channels. And only promote in spots where promotion is allowed. But, say, I have a GRC Guide - a great place to share that is in a group of GRC professionals. It’s the right set of eyes for the piece of content. And it’s a good opportunity to bring new followers to our page at the same time. Just joined Reddit recently and I’m trying to find the best way to use it as a vehicle to get our posts in front of the right eyes. Especially for the ‘finance’ and ‘risk management’ prospects we target. Appreciate your ideas/insights or Reddit general best practices. (I’
I am trying to assign an employee to one of our Facebook pages but they aren’t receiving the invite to join our account. Has anyone had this issue before? They have their email notifications turned on, it's not in their junk inbox… so I have no clue why they aren’t receiving the invite to join. Thanks!
Bluesky: The Future of Social Media?Community Question
Bluesky's goal is to create a more transparent, decentralized, and user-controlled social media ecosystem. The aim is to give users more control over their data, and to reduce the power of big tech companies over social media.I am curious to know what you think about this new development. Do you think that Bluesky has the potential to change the way we use social media? Will it be successful in achieving its goals, or will it face challenges along the way? What are your predictions for the future of social media, and how do you think Bluesky fits into that picture?Let's start a discussion in the comments below. Share your thoughts, opinions, and predictions about the future of social media and Twitter's Bluesky.
Hi all, I’m having some trouble getting an employee access to our Facebook page. I’ve set them up through our business account with their email, they received the invite to join the page and they got through. However, the page isn't showing up when they log into their personal page under Profile or Pages. They have full control of the page, so I’m not sure what else I need to do to get the page to show up. They even went back to the email invite and it says they have already accepted it and redirects them back to Facebook. Any advice? Thanks!

Hello! I currently manage our brand (parent) Facebook page and over 260 location pages on Facebook. The Classic Pages allowed me to change the Facebook cover photo on the parent page and it would automatically change all the cover photos for the location pages. Our pages recently switched to the New Pages Experience and now the location pages don’t change when the parent cover photo is changed. I really don’t want to switch into 260+ pages to change the cover photos. Does anyone have a resolution for this? Thank you!!
