Hi there! We are going live with employee advocacy later this month and wanted to get some tips on how you kicked it off the program internally. Where did you start? I there a checklist somewhere? Which teams did you give seats to in advocacy? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hey ​@baraica - I know this topic is old, but now that you’re almost a year since launching your Employee Advocacy program, wondering if you have any onboarding and kick off tips to share? Anything you’ve learned, wish you knew, went well, etc?

Hey ​@Jacqui It’s going well! One thing I wish I knew was getting the messaging out from an exec. When we announced the launch, the news didn’t come from an exec and I think that would have been more impactful. 

Additionally, we are not allowed to use build your personal brand by sharing company content so that has also been a bit of a hurdle. We are leveraging more like amplify our brand, increase our audience reach, drive more leads, and help us tell our brand story.
