Does anyone have any content calendar templates outside of sprout social they like using? We currently use one note for our content calendar. 

Hi everyone! I’m currently trying to transfer ownership of a Facebook page from one business portfolio to another. I was curious if anyone has any experience doing this and what steps you took to do it. I have access to both business portfolios and can remove the page from the one it’s in but am worried I will mess something up 😂

Is there an option to have cases that are currently “on hold” be put back into the queue automatically when an advisor logs out? There are certain times we would like to follow-up with customers that have yet to respond, and am running into an issue with people not working every day. So cases are sitting longer than needed.  If those cases were moved to the queue to be then auto assigned with our other automated rules that would be preferred! Does anyone have any tips or insight? 

Over the past couple of years, my agency has seen an increasing amount of our job applicants just copying and pasting answers written by AI. From technical questions, to “Why do you want to work with us?” and it’s really clogging up our hiring workflow with unqualified and frankly annoying applicants. Is your agency facing this, and do you have any suggestions for combating it?My first idea is to require they submit a video or voice note answering one of the questions, but I know that could drive away more private or shy applicants. TIA!

Hello! Has anyone figured out a way to remove their personal account from the equation when managing multiple pages, ad accounts, and business portfolios? I tried creating an alternate account using my work email address and was immediately banned.I am a social media manager at a digital marketing agency. My personal Facebook account was suspended on 10/17/2025 for “cybersecurity” reasons. I submitted an appeal and have heard nothing back. I’m not worried that my account will be permanently disabled (okay, maybe I am a little bit), but I’m wondering how I can distance my personal account from the business portfolios that I need to be in.We have multiple business portfolios and my personal account is tied to 100s of client social media pages, so when my personal account is suspended, it has a severe impact and I worry that it will eventually impact client pages.Any advice is extremely welcomed and appreciated. 

Does anyone know if there’s a way to view the demographics of people engaging with your posts on LinkedIn (not just overall audience demographics)? I’m especially interested in seeing how many of those engaging are our company’s employees, as well as where other viewers are coming from and what types of roles they have.

I’m running into the issue of GA4 tracking leads from states/locations that aren’t anywhere near where we’re targeting on Meta. I’ve even checked where Meta is getting impressions and it’s only the states/locations were targeting so I’m not sure how this keeps happening. The ads are a special category so there’s only so much I can do to ensure we’re getting the right people but my client is frustrated that so many paid social leads are unusable due to being out of area. I let them know that it’s a possibility that people are using VPNs and that could be why we’re getting leads not within our target locations. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know what else I can be doing to limit this?? I don’t have audience expansion on either.
