Facebook Page Ownership Transfer

Hi everyone! I’m currently trying to transfer ownership of a Facebook page from one business portfolio to another. I was curious if anyone has any experience doing this and what steps you took to do it. I have access to both business portfolios and can remove the page from the one it’s in but am worried I will mess something up 😂

I had to do this for six different pages at my old job when I left. It’s easy!

  1. Add the new owner with full control and have them accept the invitation.
  2. Make sure they have full access to everything, including the ability to change the users.
  3. Have the new owner remove you from the page.

If you do it via the settings in Business Manager, it will remove from your portfolio.
