Hi all,

Does anyone here have a TikTok credit line? We seem to have lost our account rep in the shuffle, and no one on the invoicing email is replying to my emails. 

  1. Did you also receive 2 invoices for January? I assume this is before/after US ownership switch.
  2. Did you notice that they removed check remittance information on the invoice? How are you handling? Still sending a check or switching to ACH/wire?

Following up in case anyone needs the information.

TikTok sent an email this week stating that their check lock box is shutting down, and all payments must be made by wire/ACH beginning in March 2026.
