I’m using Sprout Social to track social media campaigns for an e-commerce store (~500 weekly orders). Analytics are set up, but I’m struggling to isolate campaign-specific conversions.
Setup: Sprout Social Premium, Shopify integration, Instagram/Facebook campaigns.
Steps Tried:
- Tagged posts for campaigns in Sprout.
- Linked Shopify analytics; conversion data unclear.
- Used UTM parameters, but reports seem incomplete.
