Business Manager — Personal Profile for Business
Hi all! As you may know, Facebook requires users to use their personal profiles in order to manage, create, and execute tasks within the business manager and business pages. Do you have any recommendations on how businesses/agencies can set up a personal account that can function as a business admin? We often find that our external integrations from Facebook like Sprout and other reporting software need to be connect via personal profiles that are admins in our business manager, however, it would be nice if we had an account (personal profile) that we could use across the business in order to establish those connections. Please let me know your thoughts and best practices! Thanks in advance :)

AI use cases for more efficient workflows
Hi all, Doing some research into how my team might use AI capabilities as a supplement to our social media strategy, whether that’s for copy creation, SEO, or even market research. Wondering if any of you have any good examples for ways social teams are incorporating AI, either in your own work or that you’ve come across in the wild. Thanks!

LinkedIn: Engagement and Visibility
Hello!Has anyone else experienced a sudden drop in engagements and impressions on LinkedIn as of late? I manage a company page and over the past two weeks our impressions have plummeted -- despite not doing anything differently in terms of frequency of our content.I know that the algorithm is changing more frequently now, but if that’s what caused this, we’ve really taken a hit. Along those lines, I continue to see that LinkedIn suppresses the visibility of content that includes links that would take a user away from LinkedIn. Is there any truth to this? I’ve been ignoring it as a possibility, but nearly all our content points back to our website, so I’m beginning to wonder. Thanks in advance!
Content Creation - What's working for you?
Hi, fellow social media friends,I’m Stevie, the Social Media Director at College Essay Guy. We’ve been posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a few years now. We’ve been looking into diversifying our content creators because as of right now, only a couple folks are recording video content for our SM platforms. I’m curious: how do you all incentivize your content creators to consistently produce video content? Of course, money is a great motivator, and I pay all my content creators, but I’m curious if there are other incentives you offer to your teams?Excited to hear from you, community!

Accessible Social website updated
My Sprout Social webinar last week must have really invigorated me because I spent the weekend refreshing the Accessible Social website. It involved a new font, an updated homepage, a new navigational feature, and added resources. There’s still more I’d like to do, but for now I'm pretty happy with the refresh. I hope everyone else is too.Be sure to check the site out if you want to learn more about accessible best practices for social media and content creation. Feedback is also totally welcome! Drop in Facebook engagement
For some reason, pretty much overnight, our facebook engagement rates dropped dramatically. I haven’t really changed anything specifically but it happened around the same time Meta Business Suite replaced creator studio. Has anyone else experienced this or got any advice? Thanks in advance :)

iPhone vs iPad for mobile device for your social media work?
I didn’t see any similar questions, but I’m looking for feedback on what kind of work-sponsored device I should be proposing: iPad or iPhone. I’m leaning towards the iPhone for easier mobility and (I suspect) better cameras. But are there other things to keep in mind? For example: does the SproutSocial app look and feel the same on iPhone vs iPad? Instagram is sometimes very particular about things - will using an iPad mean the sizing of images or videos will be “off” compared to uploading/publishing from iPhone? If you have gone through this process yourself and have any tips or suggestions, I’d love to hear your feedback or specific device recs. Thanks!
Brands We Should Be Watching
Of course there are the Nikes, The Wendy’s, The Oreos, and the Legos out there, but what other brands are you watching that are maybe succeeding in silence and about to come on the scene? Curious to know who you’re following and why? Who do you think is making waves in the social space that we should be taking notes from? A couple of mine:While not a small brand, I love following the NFL from a real time coverage, ability to pull your audience into an event even if they are at home on their couch perspective. What they did last night by testing the “channels” feature on IG to keep people involved in the draft was very cool to see - I haven’t seen too many brands try and activate in that space yet. Working for a brand that is trying to make their way into the luxury category with destinations all over the country, we keep our eye on travel brands. I’ve been seeing Delta change up their strategies lately, and mostly in stories with more interactive and educational opportunities that do m
TikTok and Adding Location Tags
Super curious if anyone is seeing a difference in views for TikToks when they add a location tag?Last week I was uploading for a brand and a popup told me, “Get more views by adding a location to this video”.I was curious if this was true and if anyone is trying this out to bring in more views from a specific region. I could see this being useful in strategies that need to drive store traffic.
Question about setting up new company FB account
Hey everyone! This is my first post through the Arb so hopefully I do this right :)My company is in the process of deleting our current Facebook account and starting a new one (long story.) Ideally, we would have each person with admin permissions set up an individual page for themselves using their “@upgrade” email address, and then that page would be the one with admin permissions (as opposed to giving admin permissions to each person’s everyday page that they already use frequently.) We mainly want to do this for cybersecurity reasons.Has anyone tried this method before? Did it work? Did you run into any problems with Facebook, getting flagged, or anything of that nature? We’ve gone the rounds with Facebook a few times over a few different issues and their support team has been less than helpful, so we want to avoid doing anything that could get our page compromised or restricted in any way since we’re not confident in Facebook’s ability to fix problems.
