Pausing social in today's state of the world

Everything has once again changed drastically in 48 hours and all of us as social managers have had to pause or adjust our entire content calendar in a moment’s notice. Over the last couple of days I’ve seen people ask, myself included if it was appropriate to pause social content and the outstanding answer was yes. 

But then it begs the question on when do we start posting again? I feel like we were just getting back to a regular routine and once again I could schedule content calendar a month in advance. Back are the days or taking it day by day. But we also have to keep on top of the news to make sure the content we had created doesn’t come off as insensitive and ignoring the state of the world. 

So personally I’ve decided to pause all my clients content through the weekend a re-evaluate on Monday.
