So many time I find myself finally getting into a project, only to get a call or Teams message that pulls me away from my work. Hitting the Do Not Disturb button is an absolute life saver when your working on a project with a deadline and need some space to breathe.

This is a great idea! I work on Teams a lot and will 100% be using this tip.
I kick in the “do not disturb” actions on any platform that offers it. It’s a way to create breathing room and space, whether for self care or feedback from becoming overwhelming. Discord, for example, when I’ve needed to use it, also offers that feature as well!
And the in office, HR approved equivalent - a “meeting in progress” sign on the door
