Hi friends! My name is Trena K and I’m *so* happy this community exists.

Here are the basics:

Title: Social Media Marketing Manager (doing social for 5+ years)

Company: Glassdoor

Hobbies: Reading, streaming services (I’m subscribed to so many of them...I can’t help it), buying cookbooks that I will never use on Facebook Marketplace.

What else?: I have two dogs - a Shih Tzu and a Parson Russel Terrier mix that I absolutely love to death. 

I hope to grow Glassdoor’s social media ops and build a strong community. I’m looking forward to learning from everyone!

Glassdoor?  That must be fascinating work! I’d love to know more about how you envision engaging the social  space.  What, for instance, would be your big KPI’s? What does a win look like for you?
