My name is Amanda (she / her), and I’m the director of marketing and communications at The NROC Project, a nonprofit B2B SaaS company providing college readiness solutions.

By design, I won’t get to this bucket list item this year, but I plan to tackle a comprehensive Italy trip next year. I’m heading to Sonoma, California for wine, food, and outdoors-ing this week, so that’ll have to do for now. 😉

On the work front, I’m here for some inspiration. I’ve been a marketing department of one for many years, and the labor of managing expectations (in terms of how much is possible) and defending enough space to create quality content is getting pretty exhausting.

Hello from beautiful Lexington, KY! Stephanie here, Marketing Manager for the YMCA of Central KY with a focus on content creation. 

Bucket list at work: so many, but getting even 10% more of our staff to share about their experience at the Y on their social platforms.

Personal bucket list item achieved: my family & I spent 2 months in Europe this summer, mostly unplugged and unplanned, so we could say YES to what moved or inspired us.

Professional bucket list: I want to establish a firm B2C strategy presence going into Q4/2023. We’ve been a pretty B2B-forward brand so far on social, but when we do lean into B2C content our engagement soars! 

Personal bucket list: Start on the novel I have been planning to write for years and finally take a honeymoon with my husband (we got married in the height of Covid in 2020).
