    Thank you, Jonathan, for getting the conversation started. I’m Emma – I currently have a focus on organic social and influencer marketing. I’m excited to be part of the Arboretum to keep a pulse on what’s happening in social media marketing, to stay connected and learn from peers.

    Non marketing fun-fact: I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro when I was 10 years old (I didn’t make it to the summit, but it still counts)

    Thanks for the warm welcome! I am a marketing professional with over 14 years of experience driving impactful digital strategies across diverse industries. With a strong background spanning small businesses, major retailers, and a leadership role running the social media department at a digital marketing agency, I have honed my expertise in leveraging digital channels to achieve business goals. I have successfully managed social media initiatives for over 30 organizations, crafting professional yet engaging online presences that resonate with target audiences.

    I came to CGI through a merger, and I’m already loving the digital team! My goals right now are to introduce the marketing/communications team to the state of social for 2025 and creating an updated social strategy for the US. I also hope to streamline creative and our processes to have better efficiency.

    I work with Destination Bryan, Texas, a destination marketing organization in (you guessed it) Bryan, Texas. I manage their website and run their social media. I joined Arboretum to learn from fellow social media marketers and build community. Our team also just signed on with Sprout, so I’m also hoping to learn how others are using the platform/gain pro tips. Unrelated to marketing: My four-legged BFF is my cat, Davy Crocat. She’s a mess...but she keeps things interesting!
