Sprout is here to help you "Build Your Brand".
Helping you elevate your work and helping you link up with others is what the program is all about.
In this post, we'll outline all of the programming available to you over the next several weeks and clarify exactly how you can earn your badge. Participation is entirely at will, but it's designed for you to build your network, commit to your goals, and learn more about social along the way.
Not everyone will earn a badge, and that's ok! If you're hitting your goals and making strides, that's what's most important. The badge is a way for you to signify to others that you committed to your Year In Social goals this year. Badges will be closed at 3:00 PM Central time on April 1, 2022.
To earn a badge, you must qualify with all of the following criteria:
- You must have attended one of the Year In Social workshops.
- You must check-in on the Check-In posts that go out on Mondays 3 of the next 5 weeks (Feb 28 - Mar 28).
- You must participate in 4 of the 8 scheduled accountability activities to earn the badge.
How we developed the badge criteria and what you can expect next.
You have been invited to these groups because you attended a Year In Social workshop. We encourage this cohort to anyone that’s interested in building their brand, but badges are reserved to those that attended a workshop.
Every Monday, we kick off with our Welcome to the Week topic. In this topic, we ask for a weekly goal check-in and share some community happenings. The first weekly check-in was on a Tuesday and can be found here. These check-ins help you see how you're tracking and will be great for progress. You decide what to share during the check-ins.
