I work in MedTech, and customer interaction seems to be a completely different situation than in other fields. I just try to be as well-researched as possible before I post something; my audience consists of doctors, so I am constantly nervous about saying the wrong thing 😂

Very true!

As I have “just” switched to this sector from a completely different field, I’m working on that :)
