Bari Rosenstein Tippett is the new head of social at Sweetgreen where she oversees a team responsible for content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships. With 10 years in the industry, she is an accomplished social media leader that excels in ideation, content, and building thriving online communities for brands. Previously, she led organic social for Auntie Anne’s and Jamba, where she led social strategy, content, and community management.

Jayde Powell

Social Strategist & Content Creator

Jayde I. Powell is a social strategist and content creator from Atlanta, Georgia. With over ten years of experience building the social media presence of several brands, Jayde has taken her knowledge and established herself as a well-respected creative and entrepreneur in the marketing and advertising industry. She is the founder and head of creative of The Em Dash Co, a content and creative development agency, and the host of #CreatorTeaTalk, a community that brings together players in the creator economy to discuss all things creators, content, and culture. She is also the co-founder of Weed For Black Women, a media, culture, and community hub that strives to educate Black women on the power of the cannabis plant. In 2023, she was recognized by Adweek as a standout in media, marketing, and culture and also recognized by Business Insider as a creator economy expert. In her free time, she frequently travels between her home in Atlanta and Brooklyn, New York, where she sources much of her inspiration for her creative pursuits.

Josh Rangel

Senior Director, Social,  Ogilvy

Josh is a Senior Director, Social at Ogilvy. He has 19 years of experience providing strategic social media and public relations counsel - developing data-driven content, social engagement, and influencer marketing strategies and tactics that tap into culture and earn attention for some of the biggest brands in the world, including McDonald’s, Google, Unilever, Allstate, Dyson, Grubhub, General Mills, and PepsiCo. His experience includes channel and content strategy, brand communications, paid and earned influencer marketing, real-time engagement execution, trend-spotting, social customer experience oversight, community management, social listening, brand and product launches, and strategic social media lead on several award-winning campaigns.

When he's not wearing his professional pants, you'll find him chasing around his 5-year-old daughter while holding his infant daughter, armchair quarterbacking Chicago sports, meditating (probably for 10 minutes or less), scrolling LinkedIn and Threads, and attempting and failing to listen to all of the podcasts in my queue.
