I’d like to use AI to reduce the amount manual comment sifting to gauge sentiment in our very large communities. 

Social media managers are being asked to do more and more. In order to keep up, we need to leverage any tools available to continue meeting expectations and do more with less.

I’m looking forward to using AI to help with scheduling content! I love the tool on Sprout that tells you the optimal times to post on each platform, and I’m excited to see what else comes along that can help us optimize the content we work so hard on. 

I’m hoping to dig deeper into how AI can help me automate social metrics and tracking! Then, turning that into data analysis, trend tracking, platform health, and executive summaries.

I wonder if we could construct useful digital twins of our key consumer personas to then test social content against, and help us better predict what will actually generate useful engagement/action.

I like the idea of using AI to get “unstuck.” If I’m writing post copy that just isn’t working, AI is a great brainstorming buddy to get my wheels turning!

I would love to learn how to use AI on tedious admin tasks so I can focus on the creative part of my job
