I would love to see AI help out in reporting! Having help with data summary and presentation could save me a lot of time at the end of each month. I also feel that getting additional insights and trends that I’m maybe not identifying myself would be great. 

I want to find ways to automate routine tasks and also brainstorm ideas to enhance creativity. 

I would like it to be able to use natural text quickly in a more human like tone! It is great for brainstorming but the texting writing has become almost unusable with the common words/sentence structures. 

I use AI to help create prompts for decks, content creation and efficiency. AI is good when it comes to crafting specific responses to FAQs. 

I love using AI for content (specifically copy) that we’ve used in the past and giving it a refresh.

I enjoy leveraging AI to spark creative social interactions whenever I hit a mental roadblock! 

I've been starting to use AI as a starting point for writing captions for content - it's obviously not perfect but it definitely helps speed up my workflow, especially since I don't have to start from scratch. I'd like to integrate it more seamlessly into my workflow, and explore other ways to integrate AI into the less 'creative' aspects of social media.

I’m a research analyst. I create a lot of surveys, so the thing I’m most excited for for AI-Social use cases is having potential social insights being generated from large data sets (something like “looks like your Facebook users are more likely than LinkedIn users to engage with text posts”, “heavy social media users tend to trust your brand more than those who have light social touch points”). AI is great for creating some “hey maybe check this out”/jumping off points to start doing social analysis to improve our brand!

I’m still learning about AI, but I’d love to use it more for social listening this year.

I would like AI to help me analyze top performing posts and tell me why they worked and why they didn’t. If it could help me make sense of the data and help me prove why we should or should not be doing more posts like a certain example could help show the impact of social but also AI to social.

Just looking for some more every day help to get all my tasks done!

Help when having creative block.

I’d really like it to help more with content ideation, specifically “edu-tainment” type content that we can use to present information about the title insurance industry in a new engaging way that we haven’t utilized already.

I’m hoping AI can help speed up content creation without losing the brand’s voice. Whether it’s generating caption drafts, repurposing video scripts or analyzing what performs best, anything that saves time so I can focus more on strategy and engagement is a win!

I hope ai can take over the small things so that i can focus with my team on better engagement and more creativity! 

I’m looking forward to use AI to generate images and video. 

I really want to use it to make my work more efficient since I am a team of one! My biggest focus will be for social content creation (specifically generating different variations per platform) and monthly and annual social performance reports. 

Would love to use AI to streamline social reporting and analysis. 

I am wanting AI in 2025 to help generate infographics from my social media reports that are clear but eye-catching so the executive team is properly informed and impressed.

It would be great to upload a spreadsheet of all my social posts for the month at once. For example, 10 posts for the month of May. Then, Sprout can automatically schedule them all to run at the most ideal times throughout the month.
