Thank you for joining an Arboretum IRL meetup. These gatherings are casual, community-led meetup events hosted by Sprout Social customers who volunteer to bring people together locally.
By registering for or attending this meetup, you understand and agree that:
• This meetup is hosted by a volunteer member of the Sprout Social community.
• The event is not organized, supervised, or controlled by Sprout Social.
• You are choosing to attend voluntarily.
• You are responsible for your own safety, belongings, and conduct.
• If alcohol is available at the venue, you agree to consume responsibly and comply with all local laws.
• Sprout Social is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or other incidents that may occur during or in connection with the meetup.
• You agree to follow and comply with the Arboretum Community Code of Conduct, available at https://community.sproutsocial.com/site/terms.
If you do not agree with the above, please do not register for or attend the event.
Arboretum IRL – Event Policy
Arboretum IRL meetups are informal, local gatherings designed to help Sprout customers connect with one another in person. These events are community-driven and intended to be welcoming, professional, and positive experiences for everyone involved.
Community-Led Meetups
Arboretum IRL meetups are hosted by volunteer Sprout customers and held in public venues such as cafés, restaurants, or parks. Sprout Social may provide limited support for these gatherings, but Sprout does not organize, supervise, direct, or control the events.
Voluntary Participation
Attendance is completely voluntary. By choosing to attend, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and personal property and that you assume any risks associated with attending a public event. Sprout Social is not responsible for incidents that may occur at or in connection with the meetup.
Respectful Conduct
All participants are expected to act professionally, inclusively, and respectfully. By attending, you agree to comply with the Arboretum Community Code of Conduct, available at https://community.sproutsocial.com/site/terms. Anyone who violates these standards or applicable law may be asked to leave the event and may be restricted from future participation.
Alcohol and Legal Compliance
If alcohol is available at the venue, participants are expected to please drink responsibly, do not drink and drive, and comply with all local laws. The venue is responsible for alcohol service in accordance with applicable regulations. Sprout Social does not provide alcohol directly and does not supervise alcohol service.
No Authority to Bind Sprout
Arboretum IRL events are informal community gatherings. No attendee or host is authorized to make commitments, promises, or representations on behalf of Sprout Social.
Financial Reimbursement
Pre-Approval Required: Reimbursements will only be issued for meetups that have been officially approved in advance by the Sprout Community Team via email. Expensed fees per host not to exceed $300 per event. Reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of receiving request.
Itemized Receipts: Hosts must provide clear, itemized receipts in accordance with the reimbursement process laid out by Sprout at the time of hosts' application acceptance. Sprout Social will not reimburse "total amount" on receipts without a line by line itemization of all items purchased.
Photos and Sharing
Photos may be taken at meetups and shared by attendees. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let the host know.
