Hey Sprout Community! My team has several clients connected to our Sprout and we have recently had issues reconnecting the LinkedIn company pages back to Sprout after the connection expires. We heard through the grapevine that this is due to LinkedIn updating their API to requiring a Super Admin privilege to connect to Sprout. Has anyone else had this problem within the last week or so?

Hi Kristi! Yes, you’re correct—LinkedIn now requires you to have Super admin credentials to connect to Sprout. You can find out more about the required admin permissions for different networks in this article if you want to learn more!
