What reports do you recommend pulling at the end of the year to gain insight and see trends that occurred throughout the year on your socials?

    I like doing a social media audit at the end of the year. I find that this helps my team plan for the new year and shows your trends for the year. 

    I like to pull reports for the following and add the info to the audit:


    Profile Performance
    Post Performance
    Tag Performance
    Competitor Performance
    Competitor Posts

    I'd also recommend going over to the Sprout resource center: https://sproutsocial.com/insights/resources/ 
    I think you'll find some interesting content that will help you in 2024.

    I find that the profile performance is very good at giving a nice overview of the year. The post performance and tag reports provide a more nuanced look at specific campaigns.
