Ad Set Up Error - Facebook Ads Manager

Has anyone ever received this error when setting up an ad? I run ads frequently and have never seen this before. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Glad it resolved it! It looks like the error was for video placements, which wouldn’t be applicable for static creative. I’ve run into this before and I usually just turn off those placements to get rid of the error!

Is your creative static or video?

​@Anna Laura McGranahan it is a static carousel. The only thing I changed was the Instagram page being the Facebook page we’re running the ad from… and then everything was good to go! Not sure really if that was the solution but it works now!
