Hi, one of my Facebook ad accounts was disabled a while back with no warning. I am not able to request a review. I spoke with Meta “support,” they opened a case for me, but it was determined that nothing could be done to restore the ad account. They said I violated terms, which never happened. My account was hacked last year, but the hackers were removed and I was able to advertise on other ad accounts. Business Manager will not let me add or create another ad account? I spoke to someone who can help with Facebook account restoration, but he wants $3,000 to get the account restored. Should I create a new business manager account? Please advise, any help will be greatly appreciated.
