How do you determine your top posts?

Do you organize your top posts based on ER or by total engagements?

It really all depends on the best story you can tell. What did the post achieve? Did it get a lot of clicks or really engaging comments from the community? ER and total engagements can absolutely be in consideration but it all depends on what you were trying to achieve and what is the overall best story you can tell.

Nycole’s answer is spot on! Tie it back to your goals. What are you trying to achieve.

I would saw with the customers I work with at Sprout, the most common I see are:

  • Engagement Rate - this one wins by far!
  • Total Engagements
  • Total Impressions
