Member Spotlight: Meet Tristan Audet, Social Media Manager at Cogeco

This month, we're shining the spotlight on @tristan.audet, who’s been making big moves in social media! Tristan’s journey has taken him from the peaceful countryside of Lac St-Jean, Quebec, to building a high-performing social media team from scratch at Cogeco. He recently revamped their customer care system with Sprout Social Cases, and in less than 10 months, his team surpassed all objectives! 🎉
