Do I need to be a member of The Arboretum to join? 

Yes! The Arboretum Network is limited to members of Sprout Social’s online community. Not a member yet? Register here.

When are the opt-in invitations sent?

These emails are typically sent the third week of the month. There will be clear instructions with each opt-in on timing and topics for each monthly program.  

Will there be discussion topics and prompts? 

Yes, we provide a topic with supporting discussions prompts and questions  for each monthly round to help get the conversation flowing. These are optional, please use as you see fit!

Do I need to opt in every month?

Yes, if you want to participate that month. We know your time is valuable, and don’t want to assume you’re available and interested every month or in every topic! If you’ve opted in to any networking approach with us in the past you’ll receive an email reminder when new opt-ins are open for the current month

What are the options?

We have Peer Connect, Peer Group and Mentorship as our recurring options. Depending on feedback and demand, we will also offer one-off options during certain months, such as Sprout Social Listening Customer or Industry-specific matching.

How many can I opt in to each month?

You can opt into each networking approach type once per month. And, you can opt in every month, or just when it suits you – there is no limit!
