I had a very important moment, because a client was very difficult, but one day, thanks to the social listening module, i catcah a very important thing that didn’t develop as a social media crisis, we stopped it and it was very thankful! Today, this client not only extend their contract, but are giving us a lot whole new pair of countries because we can resolve a lot of things!
My boss was very happy with that action.
