Add a reminder to your calendar to step away from your desk to spend just 10 minutes meditating or taking a quick walk outdoors to refresh your mind. Providing that mental reset really boosts my focus and creativity. Even if it’s a short break, it reduces my stress and helps my productivity throughout the day.

I love this! I work from home a few days a week and will sometimes take the dogs for a quick 10 minute walk if I’m feeling I need a break away from my desk and computer.
