Love this, Emmy. I’ve been working on this with my anxiety lately about both work and other things. It’s amazing what spending 30seconds to a minute focusing on your breathing can do in terms of resetting your perspective.


I love this tip, Emmy! I’m big on meditation and breathwork in my personal life, and I think implementing it in your work life is such a great idea. I love the idea of transforming anxiety into productive energy. I think we can all use a few moments to relax and breathe - especially this time of year!
