If I am feeling overwhelmed and scattered, it helps to focus on my breathing and transform the anxiety into productive energy that I can channel into work. 

Love this, Emmy. I’ve been working on this with my anxiety lately about both work and other things. It’s amazing what spending 30seconds to a minute focusing on your breathing can do in terms of resetting your perspective.


I love this tip, Emmy! I’m big on meditation and breathwork in my personal life, and I think implementing it in your work life is such a great idea.
