Despite working with social media, I try to limit the amount of time I spend scrolling. Even at work, I can get pulled away from urgent tasks by scrolling through social media to “look for inspiration.” The screen time app, Screen Zen has been a huge help.

 

I originally got a screen time app to limit my personal social media usage, but I find that clicking through to each social media app for 10-minute intervals makes me more mindful about what I’m doing. More often, I’ll head into my limited app time with a plan of action and finish well-under the 10-minute mark.
