I’ve started completely signing out of my inbox so I’m not distracted on new emails. Focusing on one thing at a time was sometimes difficult, not being bothered with new emails has been a game changer!

      Ooohhhh...I probably need to do this more to eliminate distractions. Between monitoring emails and social, it can be tough to stay focused when working on a project.

      I love this idea! I’m not brave enough to do it as often as I need, but when I really, really need to focus on something, I will close my inbox just to stop getting all those email notifications. (And silence my phone, too!)

      Ditto! I have definite “what if I miss That Important Email” FOMO.
