Those sound like great opportunities to give your team member a chance to build their resume while also freeing up some time for your priorities.
I’m working with our Internal Communications team to find ways for their team (or perhaps a contractor) to take on our Associate spotlight posts, as it takes a lot of time to collate and create those spotlights, but aside from the time, the actual content is easy enough to assemble, as it is primarily a photo and quote with some introductory text to tie it to our various social campaigns.
Removing that time (to send out interview questions, follow up with Associates, collate responses, review each response to find appropriate quotes to include, putting in Creative requests for the photos to be formatted, etc.) from my task list will open up my availability to focus on creating more video content opportunities (video tends to be higher performing content), either for spotlights or other priorities, for our social media channels.
