Social Intelligence Awards Winners

The votes are in and the results are official. Out of an incredible pool of finalists, five stood out for the depth of their strategy, the rigor of their data and the results they drove for their business. Congratulations to this year's Social Intelligence Awards winners.

Best in Social Intelligence
This flagship award is for organizations placing social intelligence at the center of business strategy. The winner is: Makenzie Bowker, City of Hope — @makenzie.bowker

Makenzie's team brought real-time community insights directly into campaign development and patient care initiatives, building the organization's first centralized storytelling hub along the way.

Precision Impact
This award recognizes measurable business growth and ROI driven by full-funnel social insights. The winner is: Chelsey Godfrey, Cornerstone Building Brands — @chelsey.godfrey

Chelsey centralized reporting across 35 brands into automated, brand-specific insights, a shift that helped drive a 122% year-over-year jump in campaign impressions for one flagship program.

Predictive Edge
This award honors brands using AI-powered insights to identify and act on emerging trends. The winner is: Pankaj Kumar, Atlas Copco Group — @PankajKumar

Pankaj built a governance model that catches weak brand-risk signals across dozens of local accounts before they become reputation issues, turning social data into an early warning system for leadership.

Social Synergy
This award celebrates authentic brand amplification and the transformation of audiences into advocates. The winner is: Maria Policelli-Sohrabi, Teranet — @maria.policelli-sohrabi

Maria turned PurView's most credible users into a scaled ambassador program, generating over 12,500 impressions from posts where nearly 90% of views came from non-followers.

Infinite Care
This award recognizes proactive, personalized, and scalable customer care leveraging AI. The winner is: Jessica Dillon, Educational Testing Service — @jess.dillon

Running social care as a team of one across five brands, Jessica held response times inside a 3-hour SLA even as volume climbed, while negative sentiment dropped as much as 93%.

Each winner will be featured in an upcoming customer spotlight story and case study, so keep an eye out to learn more about the strategy behind their win.

To every finalist and winner: thank you for raising the bar for what Social Intelligence looks like in action. We can't wait to see what you build next.
