Is there a way to update the font within the community and on the Sprout Social website to be heavier? The current weight is way too thin and causes readability issues. Personally, it gives me a headache.

I am on the board of a non-profit that uses a program that makes our site more accessible by giving people the power to adjust the font size, color, style (there are 9 options on our site), etc. to their own needs. It’s called Recite Me. It can also I believe read the website to you. That way things like that are more personalized. It’s a great added bonus for people who might have an issue with a font like Alexa’s. Not just for Sprout but honestly any website.
