Hi everyone! My name is Joy Fernandez (she/her), and I am a Customer Success Manager for the Onboarding team here at Sprout Social. My role is to help new Sprout customers learn how to optimize and leverage the platform. My favorite feature to talk about in onboarding is Sprout tags and learning about the creative ways customers are using tags. One of the things I’m excited to learn from you all is how you’re using tags and how this data has impacted your social strategy.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling (in and out of Chicago, my hometown), trying and making new food ideas inspired from TikTok and Youtube, talking all things higher ed, working on home improvement projects, and taking care of my many plants and cat, Zelda.
