Hello from Chicagoland!

Hi everyone! My name is Brad Pector and I work as the Communications Specialist for RATIONAL USA. We are an international culinary equipment manufacturer, producing high-tech combi ovens and tilt skillets (primarily used in the restaurant and commercial cooking industry). We’re used all over the world, from restaurants owned by Eric Ripert and Thomas Keller, down to your local fast-food chain. 

We’re lucky to have chefs staffed on-site, and on days like today that have a special training event, we get amazing meals!
