Introducing Myself: Zoe Haugen

Hi everyone! I am the Director of Marketing at Basepath, a name, image and likeness (NIL) operations software company.

We automate tasks, payments, contracts and communications between athletic organizations, sports agents, brands and student-athletes.

I work on everything under the marketing umbrella which includes social media, where Sprout comes in. I also do PR, SEO, graphic design, video editing and more.

My background is in TV news reporting and producing. I worked with ABC National News Network which includes Good Morning America, World News Tonight, Nightline, The View and more. 

I studied journalism and communications at the University of Florida.

Thank you Gayatri! NIL is uniquely challenging to navigate because it is so new, as it only became legal for athletes to monetize their name, image and likeness in July 2021. Since then, the industry has been and continues to be a learning experience for everyone in it!
