  1. Who are you? I’m Silas, born in the Philippines and living in Belgium with my partner and 2 cats.
  2. What brings you here? I’m a Community expert and I’ve implemented an onboarded a team on Sprout with 2 different clients. I actually spend most of my time in the Smart inbox managing inbound comments and integrating the usage of Sprout within Customer Success journeys. I was peeking into Sprouts CM program to see if there are any others using Sprout to the same extent.
  3. Fun fact! My partner arguably has the largest amount of Pikachu collectibles locally. And yes, it has its own insurance 🙈

  2. I use Sprout to schedule content -  I somehow saw a Reels webinar and joined to see if I could get any social media tips. I loved the community responses, which were as educational as the official presenters! 
  3. Fun fact? I enjoy Bollywood movies.
  1. Hey! I’m Patrice - Social Media & Marketing Manager at STELLAR, a lifestyle marketplace. I’m based in NYC. 
  2. I use Sprout to schedule content, utilize the social listening tool, and report on how our accounts are progressing. I hope to gain some insight on trending social media tactics and ways organizations and individuals are helping their brands grow.

Hello! I am also not from the states, but why not jump right in here. 

  1. My name is Julia, I work as a digital specialist and social media manager (with all the sub-roles you get there) on a 10+ year project at the Swedish Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences, which is in Stockholm, Sweden.
  2. I use Sprout for smart social listening, structuring content, and performance reports. I love social media as a tool for communication, memes, sharing information etc.  It’s great and that’s why I want to work with it.
  3. I am currently a Game Master in a DnD game that I wrote myself. Which is some of the most fun and creative writing I’ve done in all my life.
  1. Who are you? Hi! I am Sade Moore. I am an INFP and I love hybrid work. I am currently a Communications Specialist with a focus on digital strategy for HumanKind. I work remotely, but we are based through Virginia,USA.
  2. What brings you here? I used to use Sprout in a previous position as a Communications Associate with the WaterHub (pro bono comms agency) and I am hoping to integrate this platform with my current company, as I lead on social and this a great tool. I am looking to connect and nerd out on social topics, digital strategies and brand building brand awareness. 
  3. Fun fact! I love solo travel! I am gearing up for a writers retreat in Costa Rica with a beautiful group of writers from the Rewrite community based in London,UK.
