So many, but my most helpful tool is everything under Reports. I love that I can pull all of my reporting in Sprout rather than visiting each platform. The customization of that reporting tool is also a huge plus!
Listening & Reports! I think these tools go hand in hand in terms of updating and creating a social media strategy.
